TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BULLERÖ GUESTHOUSE AND CROFTS

By Nordiq AB (BN AB), org. nr. 556669–6125, Box 163, 271 24 Ystad, mediates Bullerö Gästhem’s accommodation and administers bookings and payments on behalf of Bullerö Gästhem. BN AB thus has no responsibility for Bullerö Gästhem. These terms apply between BN AB and you yourself or through another enter into an agreement with the company as stated in the confirmation. The agreement applies to all types of products where BN AB is an intermediary unless otherwise stated.

Current cancellation policy for Bullerö Gästhem’s room and croft, please check your booking so that it matches your wishes. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately.

1. PRICES
The prices in the price list are stated in Swedish kronor except where otherwise stated.

2. WHEN IS MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED?
The purchase / booking becomes binding on you as soon as it has been confirmed orally or in writing by the seller. These terms apply from that moment regardless of whether you paid for the event in full, in part or not at all.

3. WHAT, WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Both by phone and online, you pay according to the terms at the time of booking and only by credit card. To protect and encrypt your credit card information as it goes through our system, we use ”Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology.

4. CANCELLATION / CHANGE
If you want to review, change or cancel your booking, follow the instructions, which are in the e-mail confirmation. Please note that you may be charged for cancellation in accordance with Bullerö Gästhem’s cancellation policy and conditions for no-show!

In case of cancellation or change, the following fees apply:

  • From the day of booking and up to 40 days before arrival free change or cancellation via "My page". Log in with the information in your confirmation.
  • From 40 days to 14 days before arrival, SEK 500 is charged from the booking price.
  • From 14 days until arrival or in case of non-arrival, 100% of the booking price is charged.

Changes or cancellations according to the above rules can be made via By Nordiq's call center at an administration cost of SEK 100 and must be made within our regular opening hours. Please note that your change / cancellation is not valid until you have received a written confirmation from By Nordiq.

If you are prevented at short notice or outside office hours, please call the staff at Bullerö 010-223 17 17.
Repayment does not take place at s.k. "No-show".

5. COMPLAINTS
Ev. complaints must be made to the person in charge of the accommodation or his representative as soon as possible. If you do not get the problems corrected, contact By Nordiq. The right of complaint is lost if you do not notify Bullerö Gästhem’s site manager on site. If you leave the accommodation without the site manager having a reasonable time to solve the problem, you will lose your right to compensation. Ev. Claims for compensation must be received in writing by By Nordiq no later than 30 days after the end of the trip.

6. PERSONAL DATA RESPONSIBLE
The County Administrative Board of Stockholm County is responsible for personal data. The County Administrative Board processes your personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. The categories of personal data that are normally processed are name, year of birth and contact information in the form of telephone number and e-mail address as well as information for payment. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to handle your booking and payment when renting accommodation within Bullerö nature reserve. The legal basis for the treatment is in the public interest.

Your personal data will be handled by By Nordiq AB (the authority's personal data officer) via the company's booking service. Your personal data is saved for as long as required by law

7. INTEGRITY POLICY
By Nordiq AB (”BN”) processes personal information that you provide to us. Personal information that will be processed includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, address, email address and telephone number. We may also process information that is registered in connection with ordering, such as age, requests for special diets. You provide the personal information yourself in connection with ordering accommodation, creating accounts or other services on the web or by phone.
