1. PRICES
The prices in the price list are stated in Swedish kronor except where otherwise stated.
2. WHEN IS MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED?
The purchase / booking becomes binding on you as soon as it has been confirmed orally or in writing by the seller. These terms apply from that moment regardless of whether you paid for the event in full, in part or not at all.
3. WHAT, WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Both by phone and online, you pay according to the terms at the time of booking and only by credit card. To protect and encrypt your credit card information as it goes through our system, we use ”Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology.
4. CANCELLATION / CHANGE
If you want to review, change or cancel your booking, follow the instructions, which are in the e-mail confirmation. Please note that you may be charged for cancellation in accordance with Bullerö Gästhem’s cancellation policy and conditions for no-show!
In case of cancellation or change, the following fees apply:
- From the day of booking and up to 40 days before arrival free change or cancellation via "My page". Log in with the information in your confirmation.
- From 40 days to 14 days before arrival, SEK 500 is charged from the booking price.
- From 14 days until arrival or in case of non-arrival, 100% of the booking price is charged.
Changes or cancellations according to the above rules can be made via By Nordiq's call center at an administration cost of SEK 100 and must be made within our regular opening hours. Please note that your change / cancellation is not valid until you have received a written confirmation from By Nordiq.
If you are prevented at short notice or outside office hours, please call the staff at Bullerö 010-223 17 17.
Repayment does not take place at s.k. "No-show".
