BOOKING CONDITIONS
GLASRIKETS ÄLGPARK

By Nordiq AB (BN AB), org. no. 556669-6125, Box 163, 271 24 Ystad, mediates Glasrikets Älgpark's products and administers bookings and payments on behalf of Glasrikets Älgpark. BN AB thus has no responsibility for Glasrikets Älgpark.

These terms and conditions apply between BN AB and you who, yourself or through another, enter into an agreement with the company as stated in the confirmation.

The agreement applies to all types of products where BN AB is the intermediary unless otherwise stated.

  1. BOOKING/VISIT

We accept bookings via the web and on site. After booking you will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail and tickets (e-mail/SMS).

When visiting, please present your pre-booked ticket for check-in at the entrance.

 

  1. PRICES

The prices in the price list are quoted in Swedish kronor except where otherwise stated.

 

  1. WHEN DOES MY BOOKING BECOME BINDING?

The purchase/booking becomes binding on you as soon as it is confirmed verbally or in writing by the seller.

These conditions apply from that moment regardless of whether you have paid for the arrangement in full, partly or not at all.

 

  1. WHAT, WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?

Both by phone and online, you pay according to the terms at the time of booking and only by credit card. 

To protect and encrypt your credit card details as they pass through our system, we use ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) technology.

 

  1. CANCELLATION/CHANGE

In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee is 100% (no refund).

Purchased, unused tickets are non-refundable.

See your booking confirmation you received at the time of booking for more information about your booking, it is the customer's responsibility to check that the confirmation and tickets correspond to what was ordered.

  1. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints should be addressed to responsible for the product or his/her representative as soon as possible.

The right to complain is lost, if you do not notify the product supplier on site.

If you leave the event without the organiser has had a reasonable time to resolve the problem, you lose your right to compensation.

Any claims for compensation must be received by By Nordiq AB in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the trip.

 

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

By Nordiq AB (‘BN’) processes personal data that you provide to us. Personal data that will be processed include, but are not limited to:

  • name
  • date of birth
  • gender
  • address
  • e-mail address
  • telephone number

We may also process data that is registered in connection order, such as age, preferences special dietary requirements.

You provide the personal data yourself in connection with the ordering of tickets and season tickets creating accounts or other services online or by phone.
