These additional travel conditions to SRFs conditions (http://www.srf-org.se/lagar_regler/resebyrans_ansvar/paketresor/srf:s_villkor_for_paketresor) apply between By Nordiq AB, Box 163, 271 24 Ystad and you as specified in the confirmation. The agreement is valid for all types of products where By Nordiq AB is the organizer unless otherwise specified.

If you book additional travel services for your trip or holiday through this link, you are NOT covered by the rights applicable to package travel according to Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Therefore, our company By Nordiq AB will not be responsible for the correct completion of these additional travel services. In case of problems, contact the relevant service provider.

However, if you book additional travel services via this link (s) within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation of your booking from our company By Nordiq AB, these travel services will, however, form part of a linked travel arrangement. In such a case, By Nordiq AB, in accordance with EU law, has a protection for the repayment of your payments to By Nordiq AB for services that are not fulfilled as a result of By Nordiq AB’s insolvency. Please note that this does not constitute a refund if the service provider concerned ends up in bankruptcy.

1. BOOKING
We accept booking through our website and on site in the front. Unspecified prepaid tickets with open departure time is valied as far as possible and dispatch against tickets at each stop.

The prices in the price list is in Swedish kroner except where otherwise specified. We reserve ourselves for changes in price and changes in currency course that is outside our influence after this date.

3. WHEN WILL THE RESRVATION BE BINDING?
The purchase/booking will be binding on you as soon as it is confirmed orally or in writing by the seller. These conditions apply from that moment whether you have paid the arrangement in whole, partly or not at all. If the products are booked through an agent other reservation and payment terms may be applied. Be careful to check the conditions.

4. What and how will i pay?
Both on the phone and online you pay under the terms of the reservation when the reservation is made and only with credit card. To protect and encrypt your credit card data when they undergo our system we use ”Secure Socket Layer” – technology (SSL). Please note that in particular price and special offers, there are sometimes no possibility of repayment.

5. CANCELLATION/CHANGE
When booking with a combination of different product categories, it is always the hardest cancellation and change rule that applies. If you want to review, change or cancel your reservation, follow the instructions that you can find in you e-mail confirmation.

Cancellation and change of tickets

Bought and paid tickets are not possible to change. In the event of cancellation, the cancellation cost is 100% (no refund) , unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation. Look at your confirmation you received when made your booking for more information about reservation conditions. In the case of cancelled tours, the customer receives a message what applies for your booked tickets.

If the travel cannot be used for reasons valid under SRF travel conditions. (http://www.srf-org.se/lagar_regler/resebyrans_ansvar/paketresor/srf:s_villkor_for_paketresor), The total amount of the reservation is reimbursed except for a suspenmsion fee of 600kr fixed by By Nordiq. Unused tickets and similar items must be returned as soon as possible.

 

6. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints shall be lodged with the person responsible for the product or the agent as soon as possible. If you don´t get the problem corrected contact By Nordiq on phone no. +46 411 558725 or by email info@bynordiq.se. The right of making a complain is lost if you do not notify the product supplier on the spot. If you leave the arrangement without the organiser having a reasonable time to solve the problem you will loose your right to get compensation. Any claim for compensation shall be made available in writing within 30 days of the end of the journey.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

By Nordiq (”BN”) treats personal data you’re giving us. Personal data that will be processed include, but is not limited to, names, date of birth, sex, address, e-mail address and telephone number. We may also process data recorded in connection with booking, for example , age and special costs. Personal rights you leave yourself in connection with the booking, the creation of accounts or other services on the web or by telephone.
