These additional travel conditions to SRFs general terms and conditions for package trips  apply between By Nordiq AB, Box 163, 271 24 Ystad and you as specified in the confirmation. The agreement is valid for all types of products where By Nordiq in Sweden AB is the organizer unless otherwise specified.

If you book additional travel services for your trip or holiday through this link, you are NOT covered by the rights applicable to package travel according to Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Therefore, our company By Nordiq AB will not be responsible for the correct completion of these additional travel services. In case of problems, contact the relevant service provider.

However, if you book additional travel services via this link (s) within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation of your booking from our company By Nordiq AB, these travel services will, however, form part of a linked travel arrangement. In such a case, By Nordiq AB, in accordance with EU law, has a protection for the repayment of your payments to By Nordiq AB for services that are not fulfilled as a result of By Nordiq AB’s insolvency. Please note that this does not constitute a refund if the service provider concerned ends up in bankruptcy.

The prices are quoted in Swedish kronor except where otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to make changes due to price and exchange rate changes beyond our control after this date.


The purchase/reservation becomes binding as soon as it is confirmed verbally or in writing by the seller. These terms apply from the moment whether you have paid for all, partly, or not at all.
If the products booked with retailers, other booking and payment conditions apply. Be sure to check the conditions.


3a) When booking Catch Fiskeresor's arrangement, a booking fee of SEK 2,000/person must be paid no later than 15 days after receiving the invoice (unless a later date is specified on the invoice). Upon payment of the booking fee, all of Catch Fiskeresor's travel conditions are accepted. Final payment must be received by Catch Fiskeresor no later than 6 days after the end of the trip.

3b) Through our collaboration with By Nordiq, there is also an option to pay via credit card. Please note that some card issuers require the entire trip to be paid for before departure in order to insurance conditions must apply!


In case of cancellation or change, the following fees apply unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation:

  • Paid booking fee is not refunded.
  • In case of cancellation later than two months before the departure of the trip, you will be liable for payment for the entire package trip.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing by email to the address booking@catchfiskeresor.se


  • Catch Fiskeresor is responsible for a replacement bus in the event of an engine stop, puncture, run-off or the like. The traveler should always feel safe and know that the journey there or home should never be in danger.
  • In the event of such an event requiring a replacement bus and resulting in delays, all claims such as food compensation or accommodation compensation etc. are made directly to the bus company.
  • The travelers themselves are always responsible for having correct and valid insurance with their own insurance company regarding accident insurance that covers personal injury, damage to the boat or other equipment.
  • The travelers themselves are always responsible for having correct and valid insurance with their own insurance company regarding possible cancellation protection.
  • Catch Fiskeresor is not responsible for unforeseen events beyond the stated travel guarantee.
  • Participation in trips organized by Catch Fiskeresor is always at your own risk.
  • Missed bus, plane, boat or other means of transport are not reimbursed.
  • Claims for compensation/damages in addition to the amount paid will not be paid.
  • Catch Fiskeresor has the right to cancel trips due to too few bookings or other additional factors that may arise. In such cases, the entire sum paid by the traveler is refunded.
  • Catch Fiskeresor has the right to evict travellers/customers who do not take care of/respect the surroundings at Catch Fiskeresor's destinations.
  • Catch Fiskeresor's booking manager manages the distribution of room allocations and boat teams. Room allocation and division of boat teams is always planned before departure and thus final.
  • In cases where group bookings are made and the number of travelers does not fill up, or there may not be room in a room/a boat, one or more people in the group may be placed with other travelers. For example, when booking two places, you will possibly have to share a room/boat with two other travelers. When booking a group of four people, you are always guaranteed to stay together and form your own boat team.
  • When booking a party, it is always the person who booked the trip who is responsible for ensuring that the rest of the party receives all the information that Catch Fiskeresor sends out.
    Catch Fiskeresor is not responsible for travelers following Norwegian customs regulations. All travelers themselves are obliged to be up-to-date/well-read and to follow the customs rules that apply on the date of travel. When bringing e.g. tobacco and alcohol when entering Norway, EU statutes do not apply but are regulated by Norwegian customs. Read more under information.
  • All travelers are also responsible for following the Norwegian Fisheries Directorate's regulations regarding the export of fish on the return journey. Read more under information.

The right to complaint is lost if you do not inform the vendor or the person responsible for the product. If you leave the accomodation, golf course or event and the organizer does not get a reasonable time to solve the problem you forfeit the right to compensation. Claims for compensation must be sent to By Nordiq in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the journey.


By Nordiq AB (“BN”) processes personal data that you provide to us. Personal information that will be processed includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, address, email address and telephone number. We may also process information that is registered in connection with an order, such as age, special dietary requirements. You submit the personal information yourself in connection with ordering arrangements, creating accounts or other services on the web or by telephone.
