Sweden Rock tickets

By Nordiq AB (BN AB), org. no. 556669–6125, Box 163, 271 24 Ystad, mediates Sweden Rock Festival AB's products and administers bookings and payments on behalf of Sweden Rock Festival AB. BN AB thus has no responsibility for Sweden Rock Festival AB. These conditions apply between BN AB and you who yourself or through another enter into an agreement with the company according to what is stated in the confirmation. The agreement applies to all types of products where BN AB is an intermediary unless otherwise stated.

See your booking confirmation you received at the time of booking for all information about your booking, it is the customer's responsibility to check that the confirmation and tickets correspond to what was ordered.

1. BOOKING/VISIT
We accept bookings via the web and via phone and email. After booking online or via our customer support, you will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. When visiting/checking in, collection of festival wristbands must take place in the VIP accreditation and NOT in the big ticket exchange.

You must have valid identification and the booking confirmation with you. All children under the age of 13 must have a special wristband which is collected at the ticket exchange at the same time as the adult collects their wristband. No one under 13 will be allowed into the festival area without earmuffs and you must be able to show identification for your children.

2. PRICES
The prices in the price list are stated in Swedish kronor, unless otherwise specifically stated.

3. WHEN DOES MY BOOKING BECOME BINDING?
The purchase/booking becomes binding for you as soon as it is confirmed verbally or in writing by the seller/intermediary. These terms and conditions apply from that moment regardless of whether you have paid for the arrangement in full, in part or not at all.

4. WHAT, WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Both by phone and online, you pay according to the conditions at the time of booking. Online, you only pay by credit card. As a business customer, you have the option of an invoice via e-mail and telephone. To protect and encrypt your credit card information as it passes through our system, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

5. CHANGE/CANCELLATION

Purchased tickets can only be redeemed if the event is cancelled. Canceled individual concerts are not grounds for redemption of tickets. When canceling purchased tickets, the cancellation cost is 100%. Names can be changed on purchased tickets, contact our customer support for help.

6. IMPORTANT INFORMATION / RULES REGARDING CHILDREN

Children aged 3 but not yet 13 enter for free in the company of a guardian. Children under the age of 3 may not be brought into the festival area. There are high sound volumes in the festival area and children's hearing is more sensitive than adults'. Therefore, everyone under the age of 13 must wear hearing protection during all concerts on the festival grounds. Earplugs are not enough. Good quality earmuffs are sold at a greatly reduced price in the ticket exchange, but it is also fine to use earmuffs you have brought with you. Målsman is responsible for accompanying children under the age of 13 using the covers inside the festival area. A guardian who, despite being told, fails to ensure that their child uses hoods during the concert may be rejected from the area together with the child.

7. COMPLAINT

Ev. complaints must be made to the person responsible for the product or their representative as soon as possible. If you do not get the problems corrected, contact By Nordiq:

The right to complain is lost if you do not notify the product supplier on site. If you leave the arrangement without the organizer having had reasonable time to solve the problem, you lose your right to compensation. Ev. claims for compensation must reach By Nordiq in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the trip.

8. INTEGRITY POLICY
By Nordiq AB ("BN") processes personal data that you provide to us. Personal data that will be processed includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, address, email address and telephone number. We may also process information that is registered in connection with ordering, e.g. age, requests for special diets. You provide the personal data yourself in connection with ordering tickets and season passes, creating accounts or other services on the web or by telephone.
