WETLANDI AB

By Nordiq AB (BN AB), org. nr. 556669–6125, Box 163, 271 24 Ystad, mediates Wetlandi ABs products and administers bookings and payments on behalf of Wetlandi ABs. BN AB thus has no responsibility for Wetlandi AB. Theese terms apply between BN AB and you who yourself or through another enter into an agreement with the company as stated in the confirmation. The agreement applies to all types of products where BN AB is an intermediary unless otherwise stated.

1. RESERVATION/VISIT
We accept bookings via the web and on site. After booking online, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. At visit/check-in, the e-mail confirmation must be presented.

2. PRICES
The prices is stated in Swedish kronor and with swedish VAT except where otherwise stated.

3. WHEN DOES YOUR RESERVATION BECOME BINDING?
The purchase/reservation becomes binding on you as soon as it has been confirmed orally or in writing by the seller. Theese terms apply from that moment regardless of whether you paid for the event in full, in part or not at all.

4. WHAT, WHEN AND HOW SHOULLD YOU PAY?
Both by phone and online, you pay according to the terms at the time of booking and only by credit card. To protect your credit card information as it goes through our system, we use ”Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology.

5. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Purchased and paid tickets can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival with 100% refund. If canoe / kayak / equipment is canceled later than 7 days before the rental period up to 24 hours before, the supplier has the right to credit 50% of the total rental cost. If canoe / kayak / equipment is canceled within 24 hours before the start of the rental period, the supplier has the right to credit 80% of the total rental cost.

If you want to change / cancel your booking, contact customer service.

See your booking confirmation you received at the time of booking for more information about your booking, it is the customer`s responsibility to check that the confirmation and tickets correspond to what you ordered.

6. COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be made to the person responsible for the product or his representative as soon as possible. If you do not receive a correction of the problems, please contact By Nordiq:

The right to make a complaint is lost if you do not notify the product supplier on site. If you leave the event without the organizer having a reasonable time to solve the problem, you will lose your right to compensation. Claims for compensation must be received in writing by By Nordiq no later than 30 days after the end of the trip.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
By Nordiq AB (”BN”) processes personal information that you provide to us. Personal data that will be processed includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, address, email address and telephone number. We may also process information that is registered in connection with ordering, such as age, request for special diets. You provide the personal information yourself in connection with ordering tickets and season tickets, creating accounts or other services on the web or by phone.

8. RESPONSIBILITY
• All paddling takes place at your own risk and swimming skills are a requirement. Life jackets must be worn by everyone in the canoe while traveling.
• In the event of delays, the supplier must be notified as soon as possible.
• If damage occurs to the canoe and other equipment, the tenant is liable for compensation. Check with your home insurance what applies in the event of damage to rented equipment. Wetlandi has no insurance that protects the customer.
• Canoes and equipment must be returned well cleaned.
• Camping packages are cleaned and tidy as much as possible. Be careful not to miss anything. After the return, Wetlandi then cleans more thoroughly, dries and repacks the equipment.

9. RULES
Wetlandi Campsites
If you’ve ever dreamed of living like Robinson Crusoe on an uninhabited island, the campsites below are for you. Customers of Wetlandi may use these sites free of charge, for one or more nights, regardless if you have one tent or come as a group. Other groups and non-Wetlandi customers must contact Wetlandi for approval prior to setting up camp.
Campsite names, and recommended number of campsites/tents per site:
• Alfären, 2 Campsites. North side – Small groups. South side
– Single tents
• Bjärnö, 2 Campsites. East side – Large groups. West side – Single tents
• Holma, Single tents. Please note: Camping west of the campsite next to the cottages is strictly prohibited!
• Kalvön, Large groups.
• Kråkön, Single tents
• Slättön, 2 Campsites. South side – Large groups. North side – Small groups.
• Söndre udde, 2 Campsites. North side – Single tents. South side – Small groups. Please note: Landing is prohibited in the bird protection area noted on the map.
• Vången, Holjeån (river), Large groups.
Each campsite has a firepit, picnic table, information signs and a latrine shovel. On Bjärnö and Slättö there are also permanent wind shelters.

Waste disposal
Each visitor is responsible for ensuring that the camping area is left clean and tidy. By law, all waste must be removed and taken with you. Wetlandi customers can dispose of their waste at the Company Centre in Axeltorp. Please ensure waste is sorted and properly disposed of in the right bins; metal, glass and combustible waste.

The right of Public access (Allemansrätten)
Allemansrätten allows anyone to travel freely and enjoy the countryside. However, the right of public access includes certain obligations; you must always behave with respect, consideration and a sense of responsibility.

Here are some basic rules to follow
• Do not litter!
• Do not cross or trespass on another person’s land or property.
• Do not walk over fields containing crops or damage any crops.
• Do not rest or swim at any private docks or within close range of private buildings.
• Pitching a tent in the public countryside for one night is allowed, as long as it’s not on private property, crop/livestock fields or damaging to nature. However, you may not camp for more than 24 hours at the same location or pitch a tent near a private home.
• Allemansrätten does not apply to groups of people. Groups should only set up camp at authorized campsites. Groups not booked through Wetlandi must contact either Wetlandi or the land owner before setting up camp.
• To make a fire, you may only use fallen and dead branches as fuel, or bring your own firewood. Cutting down trees or damage trees is a chargeable offense.

Making a fire, Observe!
Fires are only allowed in dedicated firepits. Use good judgement to minimize risks. Always make sure that you have a large amount of water on hand to put out the fire. Fires must be properly and fully extinguished with water before leaving the campsite- do not use sand. Please respect all fire bans. You can usually find the current conditions
and information about fire bans in the local newspapers. You are also welcome to ask the staff in the reception of Wetlandi.

Fishing
For all types of fishing, in all areas, a fishing permit is required. Fishing rules, and instructions on how to purchase fishing permits can be found at www.ivosjon.se or use the QR-code below. Permits and depth maps can also be found for sale at different spots along the lake. Please respect the fishing prohibition in the area between ‘Ekenäs udde’ and ‘Rävastärten’ from May 1st to June 15th. “There’s only one Ivösjön, take care of it!”

The bird life and conservation area of Ivösjön
There is an abundance of bird life in and around Ivösjön. The western area of ‘Enö’ is prohibited for entry between February 1st and August 31st (see marked area on map). Please respect the countryside and prohibited areas, this will help us preserve Ivösjön’s bird life!

There are several hiking, paddling and bicycling trails in the area. For more information- visit www.humleslingan.com, or contact Bromölla tourist information. You can also find maps and information about the different trails at Wetlandi’s resort.
